Terms of Service

Usage Agreement​

By inviting the bot and using its features, you are agreeing to the mentioned Terms of Service of the bot. You agree with the storage of data according to the privacy policy.

Affiliation​

This bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc.

Eligibility​

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent that you are not barred from receiving the Service under applicable laws (including export or sanctions laws) and that you will comply with all applicable Discord Terms and policies while using the bot. We may terminate access for any user we reasonably believe is ineligible.

Liability​

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on compliance with the following Acceptable Use Standards. The examples below are illustrative and not exhaustive. We reserve the right, in our sole but reasonable discretion, to determine whether conduct violates these Terms and to take responsive action.

  1. Exploits / Vulnerabilities. You must not discover, reproduce, disclose, distribute, sell, publish or otherwise make available any exploit, vulnerability, bug, or unintended feature of the Service to any third party (including other users). You must promptly and responsibly report suspected issues to our staff through the designated support channels. Any intentional exploitation or public disclosure may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
  2. Fraud, Cheating and Deceptive Conduct. You must not engage in fraud, cheating, or any deceptive, manipulative or abusive practice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following are strictly prohibited: a. Automation: The use of macros, scripts, bots or any other form of automation to invoke or interact with ghosty commands or systems. b. Alternate / Secondary Accounts: Creating, using, controlling or benefiting from alternate accounts to accumulate, farm, transfer, warehouse or store “goos” or other in‑service assets. This includes acting as a conduit for individuals who are not active participants in ghosty’s economy. c. Off‑Platform Transactions: Using “goos” or any in‑service asset to solicit, trade for, sell or purchase real or virtual currency, goods, services, or any external consideration of value. d. Economic Evasion: Any scheme or method intended to evade, circumvent or manipulate in‑service fees, taxes, sinks or balancing mechanisms, including systematic tax evasion.

Enforcement. Violations may, at our sole discretion, result in one or more of: warning, removal or adjustment of in‑service assets, temporary suspension, feature restriction, or permanent ban, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Virtual Items & Economy​

The Service may include access to virtual items, currencies (including "goos"), tokens, boosts, cosmetic or functional upgrades, or other in‑service assets (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. You obtain only a limited, personal, revocable, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable right to use Virtual Items within the Service; you have no ownership or property interest in them. Virtual Items:

  • Have no real‑world monetary value and may not be redeemed for legal tender, money, or monetary value from us or any third party.
  • May not be transferred, sold, exchanged, bartered, gifted, or otherwise disposed of outside the Service (including for real or virtual currency) unless we expressly enable a feature permitting that action.
  • Can be modified, revalued, limited, regulated, discontinued, or reset (including balance adjustments, rollbacks, or economy tuning) at any time with or without notice for balancing, technical, or compliance reasons.
  • May expire or be removed if associated features are retired, your access is suspended/terminated, or for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We are not liable for losses of Virtual Items due to user error, unauthorized access to your Discord account, or changes to gameplay / balancing. Attempted real‑world monetization of Virtual Items is strictly prohibited.

Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Billing & Subscriptions​

Some features are offered via recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. Available billing periods currently include: (a) monthly; and (b) every 6 months. Unless you cancel before the end of the then‑current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period and you authorize us (and/or our payment processor Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription price plus any applicable taxes to your saved payment method.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time prior to the renewal date via: (1) the Stripe customer portal (accessible through links on our website or from Stripe emails); (2) by emailing customer support at suppert@ghosty.bot (please include your Discord ID and purchase email); or (3) via our official Discord support server. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you will retain access until that time. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period once a cycle has started.

Price Changes. We may modify subscription pricing or introduce new charges on at least 14 days' notice (by posting in the Service, updating these Terms, or direct communication). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree you must cancel before the change takes effect.

Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of taxes, duties, VAT, GST or similar charges. You are responsible for any such amounts that apply, which may be added at checkout or processed by Stripe.

Failed Payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade or suspend subscription features, or terminate the subscription. You remain responsible for amounts owed. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination.

Refund Policy​

All purchases (including subscriptions, tokens, and other digital items) are final once processed because access to the Service and/or digital benefits is delivered immediately. You acknowledge that by completing a purchase you receive the full value right away and therefore waive any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable (to the maximum extent permitted by law).

Refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion in limited situations such as: (1) duplicate payments for the same item, (2) confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or (3) a verified, persistent technical issue on our side that prevented any meaningful use of the paid feature within the first 48 hours and could not be resolved after you contacted support. We may request reasonable proof to assess a refund request.

We do not provide: prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, refunds for dissatisfaction with expected outcomes, or refunds resulting from violations of these Terms. Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method only. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Nothing in this section limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under mandatory local consumer laws.

Disclaimers​

THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ANY BETA OR EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES), VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE OR THAT DATA (INCLUDING VIRTUAL ITEMS OR PROGRESS) WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED.

No Oral or Written Advice. Any advice or information obtained from us (including support messages) does not create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in such cases the above may not fully apply to you and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Referenced Content​

Our service and website may contain references such as links to or images from third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ghosty. You acknowledge and agree that ghosty shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, breaches, or other unlawful behaviour performed by the third party.
