Usage Agreement​

By inviting the bot and using its features, you are agreeing to the mentioned Terms of Services of the bot. You agree with the storage of data according to the privacy policy.

Affiliation​

This bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc.

Liability​

For all activities on ghosty, the general principle of common sense and fair use is applied. This principle includes the following rules but is not limited to them.

  • Do not share exploits. Sharing exploits/bugs is forbidden and will likely result in a permanent ban. Report all bugs to our staff.
  • Do not cheat or scam.
    • The use of macros, scripts or anything else to automate ghosty commands is forbidden.
    • Using alternative accounts to farm or store goos is forbidden. This also includes giving to & receiving from real people who don’t participate in ghosty's economy.
    • Using goos to scam, trade for, or sell anything is forbidden.
    • Systematic tax evasion is prohibited.

Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Referenced Content​

Our service and website may contain references such as links to or images from third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ghosty. You acknowledge and agree that ghosty shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, breaches, or other unlawful behaviour performed by the third party.
